Dorothée Kohler, a doctor in geography and a graduate of Sciences Po Urba, heads KOHLER Consulting & Coaching, a consulting firm specializing in strategy and organizational development. A researcher at the Marc Bloch Center, specializing in the transformation of German and French industrial territories, she continued her career in 2001 in industry. She was appointed General Manager Human Resources of the Stainless Steel segment of ArcelorMittal and then of the Asia, Africa segment, CTO, Growth Projects. In 2009, she founded KOHLER C&C, an expert in growth diagnostics for family businesses and in coaching teams facing transformation projects.
Jean-Daniel Weisz, a graduate of EM-Lyon and a doctor in economics, is an expert in organizational development and digital transformation in France and Germany. He started his professional career in Finance Departments in the industry. He then joined the strategy and organization consulting firm BearingPoint. In 2009, he became a Partner at KOHLER C&C. He assists family-owned companies, SMEs and mid-sized companies (MSEs) in their digital maturity diagnoses and in thinking about the evolution of their business model.
